Education Verification Requests

HOW TO SUBMIT AN EDUCATION VERIFICATION:

We require payment of our processing fee before we are able to process education verifications. Below are instructions on how to process that. Please email or fax a copy of the receipt, with your request, once complete. Prompt payment with a receipt will ensure prompt processing of the request.

*No verifications will be processed until proof of payment with receipt has been received.*

  1. Go to My School Fees at: myschoolfees.com
  2. Sign in as a GUEST
  3. Find UT – SALT LAKE CITY – EAST HIGH SCHOOL
  4. Category: Transcripts – Education Verification
  5. Quantity: 1 ($10.00)
  6. The next page will allow you to enter payment info and an email for a receipt.
  7. Email or fax me a copy of your receipt.

MAKE SURE THAT ALL VERIFICATION REQUESTS INCLUDE:

  • Student's name
  • Student's Date of Birth
  • Student's Graduation Date: Day, Month, and Year (self-reported)
  • Signed Release (may be electronic)
  • Your company information and contact person

A: Requests are processed as soon as possible, but no longer than 5 business days, after payment for the request has been made.
