New Procedure for Excusing Student Absences
We are excited to announce a simplified and more efficient process for excusing your student’s absences!
Effective, Monday, November 24th, we will be moving away from the website-based excusal form. Moving forward, all absences excuses must be submitted through ParentSquare.
This change will streamline communication with our Attendance Office, ensuring your student’s attendance records are updated accurately and quickly.
- If your student is marked absent: You will receive a ParentSquare notification. Click the notification and select “Send Note to School.”
To ensure you are ready for this change, please:
- Download the ParentSquare App: if you haven’t already downloaded the ParentSquare App on your phone.
- Check Your Contact Info: Log in to ParentSquare and confirm your email and phone number are up-to-date to ensure you receive all timely absence alerts.
