On the subject of A.I.: “I'm worried about the lack of diversity in those [technology] communities because there's definitely an attitude towards artistic creations where they view them as content as opposed to art. That's a problem because when you view something as content, then it's easier for you to imagine it being made by a ... non-human. ...I just find it very odd that you create this technology that has to cannibalize all of the artistic works of actual people so that it can operate. How did we even get to the point of creating technology that the AI, when we finally get to creating AI, that's how it creates.
The EHS Library Learning Center provides curriculum support, research guidance, and enrichment through literature appreciation to everyone in the East High School community. Our welcoming environment encourages inquiry and discovery through the use of organized and accessible resources. The EHS Library Learning Center strives to teach students to be independent, discerning, and lifelong users of information, capable of determining the relevance, worth, and importance of the materials they encounter. We hope students with these skills will become adults who value the free exchange of ideas, and use and support libraries as a custodian for the record of all human learning.
